it is all there in google keep. 8/21: showed up but only hit the jacuzzi. 8/22 & 23: swim = missed deadlines problem 8/24: bought rower! 8/25, 26, 27: 50 min rower and learning how the damn thing works. Df 120, S 22, next up is watts at 120 or as close to 120 while AET <137. Pending: 1. Clean flywheel 2. run vo2 max test 3. run aet on rower if available 4. continue to tighten stroke 5. try different swim times e.g. after first work block. |

| Back on Monday. Solid Monday + Tuesday with solid Wednesday off. Exciting. Happy. Chatgpt work to stabilize. Yardage + Row-Erg day time + Rucks. Does not seem hard. Consistency is what will make or break this. More in scrivener and logs. | |

| straight 7 rest. good news is that i might have hit a turn around on interrupt + start mechanism with gym at end of 3-3-3-2 blocks. Then other things like food, sleep, exercise, errands will kick in. Just nail that first micro+extend. 8/13 could be day 1. | |
