  "WIll probably earn 600$ my first month, the only thing that would get me to 3k is 1. Passive income and evergreen income. Using the skills I have to sell a product rather than my time. 2. More restorative breaks and longer work hours. There are limits to what my body can do, and by playing at the very end of my physical ability I can know when to push or pull. 3. MUCH wider outreach. Spend much more time building an online presence, being proactive in reach out, and MAKING opportunities happen by cold emails/DMs. 4. Reflective practice with feedback. If I can get too 1k this month I will call this a successful first month, but I need to be serious with these last 9 days of the first month."

  "YouTube「Inauthentic Content」BAN問題まとめ 背景 2025年7月15日、YouTubeは「繰り返しコンテンツ（Repetitious Content）」を「Inauthentic Content（非真正コンテンツ）」に名称変更し取り締まり強化 2026年1月以降、1日50〜100チャンネルペースで収益化停止が発生 YouTubeのAIが誤判定しまくっており、丁寧に作った動画でもBANされる事例が多発 TeamYouTubeが「当初の判断に誤りがあった」と謝罪して復活した例もある（誤判定を公式が認めている） YouTubeのAIが使っている技術（事実） 技術 内容 Perceptual Hashing 動画の「指紋」を作成し、過去に削除されたコンテンツの再アップロードを検出 NLP（自然言語処理） タイトル、説明文、コメント、動画の文字起こしを解析 SynthID / C2PA AI生成コンテンツのデジタル透かしを検出（透かしがない場合は検出困難） Viewer Satisfaction Score 視聴者の満足度（離脱率など）を測定 Engagement Quality 10秒以内の離脱が多いと「低品質」判定 Pattern Recognition テンプレ的な編集パターン（常に同じタイミングで同じ素材）を検出 YouTubeのAIの技術的限界（学術的事実 + 合理的推論） マルチモーダルLLMはテキスト偏重で、視覚情報を適切に理解できていない（学術論文で証明済み） 「映像とテキストの組み合わせで生まれる価値」をAIは評価できない 毎分500時間以上アップロードされる動画全てに高度なマルチモーダル解析をかけるのはコスト的に不可能 結果、YouTubeはNLP + 機械的指標（エンゲージメント等）の組み合わせでフィルタリングしている 「価値判断」の実態 YouTubeのAIが能動的に動画の価値を判定できるのはNLPの延長線が限界 判断材料：動画説明欄、タイトル、動画内容の文字起こし、コメント、ハッシュタグ これに機械的指標（いいね、Engagement Quality、Pattern Recognition、Perceptual Hashing）を組み合わせている なぜ「良いコンテンツ」でもBANされるのか NLPは文字起こしの内容しか見ていない 「映像 + 音声の組み合わせで生まれる価値」は評価できない 人間が動画を見て感じる価値と、AIが文字起こしから判断する価値に齟齬が生じる 結果、人間から見れば「なぜBANされたかわからない」という事態が発生 男塾チャンネルの事例（重要な反例） 公式チャンネル（著作権問題なし） 全編肉声使用 サムネ・映像演出に労力をかけている にもかかわらず「信頼できないコンテンツ」でBAN Xでバズってやっと復活 原因の推測： 漫画のセリフを声優が読み上げるスタイル NLPで文字起こしすると「キャラの会話」しか出てこない → 「独自の教育的価値・分析がない」と誤判定された NLPに価値が伝わりにくい（リスクが高い）ジャンル ジャンル NLPが拾う内容 実際の価値 漫画朗読系 キャラのセリフだけ 演出・声優の演技で生まれるエンタメ ゲーム実況 「うわー」「やばい」等の反応 プレイ映像との組み合わせ リアクション系 感嘆詞が多い 映像に対するリアクションの面白さ 音楽解説 「ここのコード進行が〜」 実際の音源を聴きながらの解説 合成音声（ゆっくり・VOICEVOX・ElevenLabs等）について 合成音声を使うこと自体は禁止されていない（公式） ただし、YouTubeが合成音声を検出できるかは不明確 SynthID/C2PAは透かしがある場合のみ検出可能 透かしがないAI音声は検出困難な可能性（推測） 高品質AI音声（ElevenLabs等）は人間でも判別困難（学術研究で証明済み） リスク要因は「合成音声かどうか」より「NLPで価値が伝わるか」と「エンゲージメント指標」 BANされた時にやってはいけないこと 再審査請求前に動画を削除 → 証拠がなくなり復活不可能に チャンネル自体を削除 → 同じAdSenseに紐づく他チャンネルも連鎖BANの可能性、復活手段も消滅 BANされた時の対処法 停止から21日以内に再審査請求が必要 再審査請求では「制作過程」「独自性」「教育的価値」を具体的に示す 再審査が通らなくても90日後に再チャレンジ可能 @TeamYouTube（X）への連絡で個別対応に進めるケースもある 結論：ゆっくり・VOICEVOXでやるなら 重要なのは「映像の演出」ではなく「NLPに価値が伝わるか」 やるべきこと 文字起こしだけで価値が伝わる内容にする（解説、分析、独自の見解、体験談） 動きを入れて静止画比率を下げる（Pattern Recognition回避） 視聴者がすぐ離脱しない構成にする（Engagement Quality対策） チャンネル全体で投稿パターンをバラす（テンプレ量産判定回避） 制作過程を記録しておく（再審査用） 避けるべきこと NLPで価値が伝わらないジャンル（漫画朗読、リアクション、など） 著作物の過度な使用（画像認識で別フラグの可能性） 同じテンプレ・サムネ・構成の量産 心構え BANされる可能性はゼロにはならない（YouTubeのAIの限界） 複数チャンネル運営、YouTube以外への分散を推奨 万が一の時にXでバズれるようフォロワーを育てておく（悲しい現実）"
