The idea is a riff off of the Percy Jackson and Harry Potter series where the main character has neurodivergencies that are manifestations that would suit them better in another world/society they were meant to be in. I'm thinking of having the game store be a front for one of several fantasy guilds that recruit quirky people and build a storybon top of that "View my Commitment -
