Also on the note of the BP I went to the hospital today for a consultation, the doctor dismissed my symptoms and said and I quote "go drink water you're overreacting" proceeds to not recheck my blood pressure, I genuinely hate doctors even though I am a medical personnel myself, I hate how often they dismiss people's symptoms but I digress workout sessions are going well "View my Commitment -
