Using the Weight Watchers online app to log all of my food points by either pre-tracking or immediately after consumption. I will also log exercise, water and sleep. I will weigh in on Friday each week and record the weight in the online.

| 4 weeks done! Not seeing much movement on the scale but I feel a lot better and my clothes are fitting better. The goal is just to work the WW program and I am doing that each and every day. Not to say I haven’t exceeded my points some days, but I’m still logging everything even when not perfect! | |
