okay so i decided ill go for a 20 day fast. i know ive attempted this before and only got to 5 days BUTTT thats 25% of the way sooo thats quite a lot. i have seen how much i lose from it. it’s satisfying. i don’t deserve to eat anymore. i’ve probably gained from all the binges. if i want to keep my skin from being lose and want to still lose a lot i need to focus and just forget food is even a thing. i’ll be journaling here day 5 is when it gets easier. |

working out has been a lot easier. it’s actually just a regular thing for me now. i’m doing arms tomorrow because i decided to not workout today and workout on sunday to pass time since i was eating today |

that’s 21 days. 3 weeks. 3 weeks of fasting around 4-5 days per week. it’s hard but i can do it. i’m strong. if i can get back down to 57.8 even during this first 4 day fast until Sunday, i can try to lose 1.5 each following week and be comfortably at 53.9. i got this |
