It’s the junk food I’m never this tired. That buffet is coming back to kick me. When I eat clean I feel great I’m not tired and body feels good. Taste is super bland but the benefits. The benefits I need to remember

7)5.5 super tired at about 4 hours after waking, got up and walked around made me feel better. took me 10 minutes to get out of bed too

6) 5.5 think I’m starting to get sick, hope not. Had to wake up 3.5 hours, went back to bed for the last two and got up on time. Yesterday in the afternoon I was pretty tired and today in the early evening I was. I think today was from the junk I ate (went to all you can eat buffett, not the best choice). I think I’m noticing an increased correlation to my fatigue with the food im eating. Usually after the greasy junk I find myself dozing early and trying to stay awake.

Whew today I was falling asleep around 12:55 in I could barely keep my eyes open head bobbing up and down but managed to get through it. Same thing around 4:30 dosing off while on a longer drive. Its always tough the first few days
