21) 5 hours felt so much easier than it was 4 or 5 days ago. Yesterday i was so ready to call it quits with all of this though. I’m glad i didn’t. Yesterday I was super tired probably from an eye infection (from something unrelated), eating a ton of junk lately and different things but I remember how much it sucked when i went back to sleeping 8 hours before this with my last experiment. How I had wished I was getting last sleep. I’m not going back to that and plus I thought about how much id be losing. Im months into this and am in a great spot. No way i throw it all away.

20) 5 feel like I’m getting over the heal. Felt really good waking up this morning. Even had a couple caffeinated beverages a couple hours before bed and didnt have any issues waking up.
