I started at 76 kilos, now down more than three. Motivated by possible surgery. Also by possibility of getting into a specific education. Two weeks left of Q1. I hope to be down a total of four kilos, to 72 by then. Will not adjust the other quarters for now, so total for the year will be ten kilos. If this is possible, I will be down to normal BMI in August - this is a dream. |
