I did it! over 30 days without alcohol! It was not easy but it also wasnt that hard. I felt much better physically and mentally without alcohol in my system, I have to admit. NA beers made it much easier. Coming off meditation retreat also made it much easier. I wont celebrate till tmrw. But much to think about in terms of not drinking in the future. I would accomplish a lot more activities that bring me a lot of joy if I didn't drink so...
