| I have been very consistently putting my phone in my bag, not doodled at all, participated quite a lot. I participated less than I wanted to, and I engaged in more converstations | |

Monday: no class Tuesday: put phone in bag, played with headphones when wanted to doodle, participated enough, but was very bored and zoned out a lot Wednesday: didnt put phone in bag and chatted quite a lot, didnt take any notes so didnt doodle, participated enough, zoned out a lot Thursday: didnt put phone in bag and checked it regularly and chatted a little, stopped myself from doodling, participated enough, didnt zone out and enjoyed it a lot, ate a mentos when i was getting too tired but fell asleep for a bit while watching a video (slept very little) Friday: put phone in bag, didnt doodle, didnt participate but there were no questions asked, wrote this journal entry, didnt zone out too much; phone in the bag, doodled a little bit, participated a lot, didnt zone out, talked to Lavi relatively lot |
