| I have been much better this week at fully committing to my goal. I decided the best way to spend time with my own thoughts was to use my 30 minute walk. I have really challenged myself to not use my phone on my walks. It has really helped me to focus better and get better sleep. My thoughts are easy to understand as I spend more time with them. | |

| I have not been doing very well in my commitment as I have not had a lot of time to slow down every day. I have had a lot of work and also personal things going on. This has caused lots of anxiety and task paralysis. Therefore lets hope week 3 is better! | |
