Weighed in this morning. 161. 11lbs to lose, but at least I know what I'm dealing with. Think this is the incentive I needed. Had a bad morning this morning with a patient accusing me of lying. I walked out! Hate confrontation. Thought of chocolate but no, went you the shop and bought two large bottles of coke zero. Go me lol |
