| According to Dry January people I'm clear of alcohol now, and I do feel "brighter" all the way around, I don't remember if I was out of breath yesterday or not. Somehow that's a good thing. | |

| Easier than I thought it would be. Primarily I knew that Tuesday was Weigh Day and I REALLY wanted to see the scales go down. They did. | |

| There was a moment last night when I popped out of bed to run down to the kitchen to scrounge for...something. And I stopped myself a couple of steps down the stairs. So proud! It was that impulse for something I did not need, that was a habit. Went back to bed. A victory. | |
