Today, for instance i forgot a few times when i was watching some telly. I stopped going on my mums phone so that's a fat and crazy plus. |

| It's going well; today I didn't go on any family member's phone or my laptop for any recreational use. The TV was on, but it was because I was eating, and I paid little attention to it anyway. Going forward, when I sleep in the living room, I will only play the TV when I have finished my night routine (all of it); then I will play it, Inshallah. The only interaction i had with my mum's phone is when i took it with me to my tutor's house to provide stable wifi to my laptop. | |
