marayawahl commits to:
I commit to not smoking weed at all (except the rare occasion that it’s a social outing but not with roommates or by myself), not go out to any local bars by myself at any point in the next month. Not late night binge eat at home by myself. If I binge eat while I’m out it can be more excusable but not on my own by myself. Not when I’m at work by myself. I have to monitor these habits that are my usual coping mechanisms.

| Another day of not binge eating, especially at night. No smoking no drinking. I did stay up late and ate a bowl of corn around 3 am, and had spicy potstickers w spicy mayo and some ribs around 11 pm. But it was more in the style of a meal. It’s getting easier to not stand in front of the fridge and gorge myself. I did that for a while especially because I was smoking more often again. | |

| Met up with Anthony for drinks and bought some but it wasn’t any late night bingeing and didn’t go locally drink alone, so it was a success | |

| I did well, no situation was set up for me to drink or smoke which was good, I was up late until about 6 AM and I went downstairs and ate two eggs and I think a piece of hay I’m, but no binging. I did eat a little bit of popcorn at work, the chicken salad off of the sandwich, and my meal prep so I wasn’t eating really trash. I’m already starting to feel better | |
