| Last couple of months, all I have been doing was to stand on scale and hoped for a miracle. Starting today, I am going to focus on the process, steps, strength training and calorie restriction and tracking. I sure weight will come down. | |

| I brought down my weight to 82.5 kgs and then relaxed. Suddenly my weight creeped to 84 and then to 86. I am starting again on my path to 66.6 kg and reverse T2D.🙂 | |
